Two giant hummingbirds landed on this branch at the same time, each one's beaks and wings prepared to shove the other off. While probably the least colorful hummingbird species, they make up for their coolness in the sound of their flight, truly like mini helicopters. Taken in the cloud forests of the Peruvian Andes.
