In the first half of a two week trek through the Bolivian Amazon, on an atmosheric morning before the sun burnt away the mist, I took this landscape of the vast rolling mountains of the Madidi, the only time I saw the Amazon in all its glory - from above. Taken from a clay cliff overlooking the jungle.
